Swalloweze Clear is an instant food and fluid thickener, food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of dysphagia. Swalloweze Clear is gluten free and lactose free. Swalloweze Clear is also Halal and Kosher certified.

Swalloweze Clear is transparent, tasteless and odourless and retains the natural texture, taste and appearance of fluids whilst offering stable and consistent thickness over time.

Ingredients

Xanthan Gum (E415), Maltodextrin, Erythritol (E968).

Instructions

Add the recommended scoops of Swalloweze Clear to a shaker, glass or beaker
Add 200ml of fluid
Shake / stir vigorously for 20 seconds until powder is completely dissolved
Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Thicker fluids such as juice or fluids containing milk may take up to 10 minutes to reach desired consistency
